Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Chief Commissioner must cause a copy of an order of the Court revoking a control order or ancillary order to be served on the declared organisation or individual to whom it applied.
(2) An order of the Court revoking a control order or ancillary order must be served under subsection (1) as soon as practicable after the order is made but no later than 7 days after that making.
