Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Prothonotary must give the Chief Commissioner notice of the registration of a corresponding declaration and a copy of the registered corresponding declaration.
(2) The notice and copy must be given as soon as practicable after the corresponding declaration is registered but no later than 7 days after that registration.
