CROWN PROCEEDINGS ACT 1958 - SECT 18

Title of the cause and costs of suit

In all pleadings and proceedings under this Part and in all affidavits notices consents summonses and rules to be used therein, the title of the cause or proceedings shall be stated to be "The King against" the person sued (naming him) and no other title whatsoever shall be necessary; and His Majesty shall be entitled to full costs of suit in all cases in which a plaintiff in any civil proceeding between subject and subject would be entitled thereto.
