CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACT 2009 - SECT 101

Filing hearing

        At a filing hearing, the Magistrates' Court may—

        (a)     fix a date for a committal mention hearing;

        (b)     fix a period of time for service of a hand-up brief;

        (c)     make any order or give any direction that the court considers appropriate.
