Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsPart 8.2A as inserted by section 25 of the Justice Legislation Amendment (Victims) Act 2018 applies to a criminal proceeding commenced, or in which the accused is committed for trial, on or after the day on which that section comes into operation, irrespective of when the offence is alleged to have been committed.
