Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Subsection (2) applies if the Minister considers that the subject matter of a dispute notified under section 99(4) raises an issue of important public policy.
(2) The Minister may refer the dispute directly to VCAT for hearing under Subdivision 5, even if the regulator is in the process of providing preliminary assistance.
