COMMERCIAL PASSENGER VEHICLE INDUSTRY ACT 2017 - SECT 129
Person must return identity card on ceasing to be an authorised officer
A person who ceases to be an authorised officer must return their identity
card to the regulator as soon as practicable.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
