Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An authorised officer who enters or proposes to enter industry premises or a commercial passenger vehicle under section 131 may search and inspect the premises or vehicle for compliance and investigative purposes.
(2) In searching and inspecting the premises or vehicle, the authorised officer may be assisted by any person.
