COMMERCIAL PASSENGER VEHICLE INDUSTRY ACT 2017 - SECT 173

A direction included in an improvement notice may—

        (a)     refer to an approved code of practice; and

        (b)     offer the person on whom it is served a choice of ways in which to remedy the contravention or likely contravention.
