COMMERCIAL PASSENGER VEHICLE INDUSTRY ACT 2017 - SECT 223

Reinstatement of driver accreditation following reinstatement of driver licence

The regulator must reinstate a driver accreditation that is suspended in accordance with section 222 if—

        (a)     the person who holds the suspended accreditation gives evidence, to the satisfaction of the regulator, that—

S. 223(a)(i) amended by No. 30/2021 s. 25(a).

              (i)     the suspension of the person's Australian driver licence has ceased; or

S. 223(a)(ii) amended by No. 30/2021 s. 25(b).

              (ii)     the person has been granted an Australian driver licence; and

        (b)     there are no grounds for the regulator to consider taking disciplinary action under this Part.
