COMMERCIAL PASSENGER VEHICLE INDUSTRY ACT 2017 - SECT 50

A person must not falsely represent that a motor vehicle is registered under this Part.

Penalty:     In the case of an individual, 30 penalty units;

    In the case of a body corporate, 150 penalty units.
