COMMERCIAL PASSENGER VEHICLE INDUSTRY ACT 2017 - SECT 82

An accredited driver must comply with—

        (a)     any condition imposed on the driver accreditation; and

        (b)     any prescribed condition to which that accreditation is subject.

Penalty:     30 penalty units.
