Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf, immediately before the appointed day for an allocation statement, proceedings relating to former DOJ property (including arbitration proceedings) allocated to Court Services Victoria under the allocation statement, to which the Secretary or the State was a party, were pending or existing in any court or tribunal, then, on and after that date, Court Services Victoria is substituted for the Secretary or the State as a party to the proceedings and has the same rights in the proceedings as the Secretary or the State had.
