CREATIVE VICTORIA ACT 2017 - SECT 3

In this Act—

"Chief Executive "means the Chief Executive, Creative Victoria appointed under section 7;

"Secretary" means the Secretary to the Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources.
