CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 - SECT 128

Disclosure by Chief Commissioner of Police

The Chief Commissioner of Police may disclose to the Secretary any information he or she holds in relation to an allegation being considered by the Secretary under this Part.
