Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A parent of a child may, with the written approval of the Secretary, enter into a written agreement with a service provider with respect to the care of the child.
(2) If the agreement provides for the child to be in the care of a suitable person, that person must also be a party to the agreement.
