CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 - SECT 199

Legal professional privilege and client legal privilege

It is a reasonable excuse for a person to refuse or fail to give information or do any other thing that the person is required to do by or under this Division, if the giving of the information or the doing of that other thing would be a breach of legal professional privilege or client legal privilege.
