CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 - SECT 206

    (1)     On completing an investigation of a protective intervention report, the protective intervener must, as soon as practicable, make a written record of—

        (a)     details of the investigation; and

        (b)     the results of the investigation.
