CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 - SECT 250

    (1)     A therapeutic treatment order remains in force for the period (not exceeding 12 months) specified in the order.

    (2)     Subsection (1) applies even if the child attains the age of 18 years after the order is made.
