Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Therapeutic Treatment Board may, subject to the approval of the Minister, appoint for the purposes of carrying out any of its functions under this Act, a committee consisting of such of its members as it determines.
(2) A committee appointed under this section must report to the Therapeutic Treatment Board.
