CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 - SECT 372

If a breach of a bond is constituted by—

        (a)     any act the subject of a charge before a court, a proceeding for the breach must be commenced not later than 3 months after a finding of guilt in respect of the charge; or

        (b)     any other act, a proceeding for the breach must be commenced not later than 3 months after the alleged breach and before the expiry of the period of the adjournment under section 367.
