CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 - SECT 409K

If a court other than the Court makes a youth control order, the court that made the order must remit to the Court the matters in respect of the order in—

        (a)     section 409L (reporting and monitoring); and

        (b)     section 409N (variation); and

        (c)     subject to section 423, section 409Q (revocation).
