CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 - SECT 409P

To avoid doubt, a youth control order in respect of a child may be varied or revoked—

        (a)     without the consent of the child; and

        (b)     without a warning being given to the child under section 409O.
