CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 - SECT 409V

The convenor of a youth control order planning meeting must—

        (a)     prepare a report of the meeting for the Court; and

        (b)     include in the report the youth control order plan agreed to by the child.
