Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Chief Commissioner of Police may disclose to the Secretary any information contained in a report the Chief Commissioner receives under Part 3 of the Sex Offenders Registration Act 2004 from a registrable offender if the report indicates that the registrable offender has, or has had, contact with a child.
(2) The Secretary may disclose to the Chief Commissioner of Police any information about a registrable offender that is obtained or received by the Secretary in the performance of a function under this Act in relation to a child who has, or has had, contact with the registrable offender.
