CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 - SECT 430ZB

If an appellant is a child under the age of 15 years, the appeal may be made on the child's behalf and in the name of the child by—

        (a)     the child's parent; or

        (b)     in the absence of the parent, the Secretary.
