CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 - SECT 488B

    (1)     The officer in charge of the youth justice facility may give to a visitor such orders as are necessary for the management and good order and security of the youth justice facility.

    (2)     A visitor must not disobey an order given under subsection (1).

Penalty:     5 penalty units.
