CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 - SECT 503

Offence to obstruct Secretary or employee

A person must not obstruct or hinder the Secretary or any employee in the execution of his or her duties under this Act.

Penalty:     120 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months.
