CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 - SECT 527B

Without limiting any other law, whether written or unwritten, the President, a magistrate or a judicial registrar performing duties in connection with any judicial resolution conference has the same protection and immunity as a Judge of the Supreme Court has in the performance of his or her duties as a Judge.
