CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 - SECT 607

Transitional provision—Criminal Procedure Legislation Amendment Act 2008

Section 362A as inserted by section 4 of the Criminal Procedure Legislation Amendment Act 2008 applies to a sentence imposed on or after the commencement of section 4 of that Act if the plea hearing commences on or after that commencement.
