Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The amendments to section 528B made by the Justice Legislation Amendment (Family Violence Protection and Other Matters) Act 2018 do not affect the validity of any warrant issued in accordance with section 528B as in force immediately before its amendment or any action taken under such a warrant.
(2) The amendment made to section 588 by the Justice Legislation Amendment (Family Violence Protection and Other Matters) Act 2018 does not affect the validity or operation of any rules of court made under that section as in force immediately before that amendment.
