Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Secretary must ensure that at least 2 staff members carry out the disposal of an article or thing that has been seized at a secure welfare service.
(2) If an article or thing is disposed of, the Secretary must ensure that the prescribed details are recorded in the seizure register.
