Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsA person must not in the course of any business accept, collect, take delivery of, sell or buy, or permit or cause to be accepted, collected, taken delivery of, sold or bought any dairy food from a business which is required to be licensed under this Act if there is no dairy industry licence or corresponding authority in force under this Act or any corresponding law of another State or Territory of the Commonwealth in respect of that business.
Penalty: 120 penalty units.
