Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf it is alleged in any proceedings under this Act, a Code of Practice or the regulations that a product to which the proceedings relate is either milk or cream and it is proved that the product contains lactose and casein, the product is deemed to be milk or cream as the case may be to which this Part applies unless the contrary is proved.
