Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A dairy industry licence issued before the commencement of section 43 of the Primary Industries Legislation (Further Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2004 is not invalid by reason only of the fact that any licence fee paid in respect of it was paid by instalments.
(2) All licence fees paid by instalments before that commencement are deemed to have been validly collected.
