DUTIES ACT 2000 - SECT 57T

If satisfied that there is a good reason for doing so, the Commissioner may—

        (a)     reduce the required period of residence; or

        (b)     determine that a temporary absence from residence does not break the continuity of residence; or

        (c)     extend the period in which residence must begin.
