DISABILITY ACT 2006 - SECT 108A

    (1)     To avoid doubt, in this Division, a reference to the service provider , in relation to a complaint, is a reference to the service provider about whom the complaint has been made.

    (2)     A reference in this Division to service provider is a reference to, as the case requires—

        (a)     a disability service provider; or

        (b)     a former disability service provider; or

        (c)     a regulated service provider; or

        (d)     a former regulated service provider.
