Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) In an accountability investigation hearing the Commissioner may require a person attending the hearing, whether under an investigation hearing notice or otherwise, to give evidence or answer questions on oath or affirmation.
(2) The Commissioner, or a member of the staff of the Commissioner who is authorised to do so, may administer an oath or affirmation to a person for the purpose of subsection (1).
