DISABILITY ACT 2006 - SECT 160

A resident detained in a residential treatment facility who is absent from the residential treatment facility without leave of absence or special leave of absence under this or any other Act may be apprehended at any time by—

        (a)     a police officer; or

        (b)     the person in charge of the residential treatment facility or any person employed under the Public Administration Act 2004 and authorised by the person in charge of the residential treatment facility—

for the purpose of being returned to the residential treatment facility.
