DISABILITY ACT 2006 - SECT 176

Death of security resident

If a security resident dies during detention, the person in charge of the residential treatment facility must advise the following persons of the circumstances in which the death occurred—

S. 176(a) inserted by No. 9/2023 s. 129.

        (a)     the Secretary to the Department of Justice and Community Safety;

S. 176(b) inserted by No. 9/2023 s. 129.

        (b)     if the residential treatment facility is operated by a forensic disability service provider, the Secretary.
