DISABILITY ACT 2006 - SECT 199B

The Senior Practitioner must give written notice to the NDIS Commissioner if one of the following occurs in relation to an NDIS participant—

        (a)     an assessment order is made under section 199;

        (b)     an assessment order is revoked under section 199A.
