DISABILITY ACT 2006 - SECT 201I

If satisfied that it is appropriate to do so, the Senior Practitioner may lodge evidence with the NDIS Commissioner or the registered NDIS provider that the use of regulated restrictive practices on an NDIS participant is authorised under this Division.
