Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Secretary may, by instrument, delegate to any officer or employee of the Department any power, duty or function of the Secretary under this Act (other than this power of delegation) or under regulations made under this Act.

(2) The Secretary may, by instrument, delegate to any officer or employee of the Department any power, duty or function of the Secretary under any other Act or under regulations made under any other Act that relates to or affects persons with a disability, NDIS participants or DSOA clients.
