DISABILITY ACT 2006 - SECT 232

Definitions

In this Division—

"commencement day" means the day on which the Disability Amendment Act 2017 commences;

"old Act" means the Disability Act 2006 as in force before the commencement of the Disability Amendment Act 2017 .
