Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement day, a security condition that is a restrictive practice was imposed on the residents of a residential treatment facility under section 159(1).
(2) Despite section 159A, the approval of the security condition by the Secretary is not required until 30 days after the commencement day.
