Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Secretary must by notice published in the Government Gazette specify in respect of standards determined under section 97 different performance measures for different categories of disability service providers and different categories of disability services.
(2) The Secretary may monitor the compliance of a disability service provider with the relevant performance measures in respect of the standards.
(3) For the purposes of this section, the Secretary may in writing authorise a person or body as an assessor to conduct an independent review of the compliance of the disability service provider with relevant performance measures.
(4) A disability service provider must ensure that an assessor authorised under subsection (3) is provided with reasonable assistance and access to enable the assessor to conduct the independent review.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
