DOMESTIC BUILDING CONTRACTS ACT 1995 - SECT 2

    (1)     Part 1 comes into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

S. 2(1A) inserted by No. 2/1996 s. 3(1).

    (1A)     Section 158 comes into operation on 1 May 1996

    (2)     The remaining provisions of this Act come into operation on a day or days to be proclaimed.

    (3)     If a provision referred to in subsection (2) does not come into operation on or before 1 January 1997, it comes into operation on that day.
