Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A builder must not enter into a major domestic building contract unless the builder has first given the building owner a contract information statement in a form approved by the Director under this section.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
(2) The Director, after consulting with the Authority, must approve the form of a contract information statement for the purposes of this section.
