Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An assessor may cause any domestic building work to be demolished, opened or cut into if this is reasonably required to facilitate an examination of the work.
(2) An assessor may take photographs (including video recordings) or make sketches of the building site or the domestic building work being examined.
