DOMESTIC BUILDING CONTRACTS ACT 1995 - SECT 48G

Refusal or failure to comply with requirement

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a requirement of an assessor under this Division.

Penalty:     60 penalty units.
